What & Why
What & Why

Another part of the product strategy was focusing on PQL (product qualified lead) behavior that has been highly correlated with conversion. Part of that behavior is adopting three or more resources; some of those resources are policies, commands, and applications.

Findings
Findings

Admins who have never seen JumpCloud before struggled to understand policies, commands, and apps when first navigating to those areas of the product.

They didn’t know what apps were available, they didn’t understand how or what commands were, and they often confused policies and commands with each other.
